After two years of making the Libertarian Party libertarian again, Chair Angela McArdle was re-elected. Just minutes after she secured her seat, she led the delegates through moments that none of us ever expected to experience.

She negotiated the release of Ross Ulbricht with President Trump’s team.  Read that again.  Angela got Trump to agree to free Ross, should Trump get re-elected.

Today, the media will be in a frenzy about what did and did not happen at convention but here is what we can tell you. We secured part of our incredible slate, the party has had more media coverage than ever before, and we stand poised to elevate the standing of the Libertarian Party for two more years.
