‘Former US House speaker Newt Gingrich has called for Secretary of State John to resign for his “delusional” remarks about climate change.

The former congressman attacked the top US diplomat in a series of tweets on Monday.

During a speech in Jakarta, Indonesia on Sunday, Secretary Kerry warned that climate change is a “weapon of mass destruction” and is as much of a threat as terrorism and poverty.

“This city, this country, this region, is really on the front lines of climate change,” Kerry said.’
