Pursuant to my trip to The Hague, where I intend to file charges with the ICC over the weaponization of water systems (documented in my 2021 book), I have been working with a Mexican national to obtain water blueprints for Mexico City. As the US is not a party to the ICC (and Mexico is), this seemed the easiest way to resolve the jurisdictional issues that would arise from attempting to file with the ICC a complaint focussing on the US.

The records request was received and recorded by the appropriate agency on Sept. 28. Today, I intended to access the govt platform to discover the process and state of the Request.

My first surprise was when the emails from the Mexican national had simply disappeared from my inbox. Not to be dissuaded by an elementary hack, I called the individual who had so kindly made the request and got her login details as well as the request tracking number.

The second surprise took place when I successfully logged into the platform and entered the tracking number, only to discover that any details associated with the request, including the tracking number, had been deleted from the record.

I am hopeful that such a crude attempt at a coverup will be resolved shortly.

The fact that the US has so widely exported this covert weapons system needs to be brought to international attention. The ICC invokes jurisdiction somewhat selectively. This can be seen by that court recently issuing an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for his activities in Ukraine, when in fact neither Russia nor Ukraine are a party to this court.

Nevertheless, all appropriate methods must be taken to bring this covert weapons system to the fore. As the WHO moves forward relentlessly to both amend the International Heath Regulations and to push forward an international pandemic treaty–efforts which will decimate individual and national health sovereignty should another pandemic be declared–this Hague effort proposes the fundamental question–

How can an international pandemic treaty be proposed when a covert pandemic delivery system exists?
